Save Money, Lose Pounds not Sleep!!!

'You know, I'd really like it if I could flatten my tummy, and my arms are getting a bit flabby on the sides. I wasn't always like this you know, I used to work out often back then, untill I got married. Now, with work, family, bills and more, I hardly have time to hit the gym anymore.' It's amazing how people can squeeze out time in making up excuses. I think the problem is they perceive that 'exercising' is a special activity meant to be carried out in a special place; the gym. Nothing could be further from the truth. Over the course of the week, I shall illustrate simple routines practically ANYONE can carry out ANYWHERE using no 'specialised' workout equipment.
